The pancakes and eggs benedict we had were so delicious! I had the crabcake benedict, and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of crab there was compared to the other ingredients. It tasted like real crab, and I loved it. The hollandaise sauce is something I could easily get addicted to. The blueberry compote was ... sweet, but not overwhelming.
